		<description><![CDATA[The band had an excellent evening &#8211; despite the terrible weather.  Wind and rain dampened the spirits of even the most hardy performers!
After entering six competitions the Band&#8217;s efforts were rewarded with four first places; at Broadoak, Denton, Hurst and Greenacres. With a third placing at Scouthead.
Well done to everyone!
